Lea purchased her minimarket together with a partner over a year ago. She invested to buy ownership and her partner was the manager. Unfortunately, her partner mismanaged the business and left. Lea decided that she would save the business. First she underwent business consultation and then she began to turn her business around. She knew how to keep her customers and make sure the stock fit the busy neighborhood where. What she needed was to learn how to better manage her finances, invest in a commercial freezer and add items requested by her customers. 

 

Lea's minimarket is in a neighborhood combined of university students and longtime residents. She continues to provide products that keep her customers from needing to travel to the farther away supermarkets. Lea's goal is to keep her business thriving, hire staff and make sure she builds her savings.
